SDAS Kershope 2009SDAS Kershope Rally 17th & 18th January 09 Click here to return to previous page Well Kershope was wet, windy and wild and we absolutley adored it!!! My first official rally helping Paul handle the pups and if I say so myself I did not too bad, I even managed to get up at half 4 in the morning, although I do think that I would have been dragged out of bed by Kitti if I hadnt!!! Paul, James, Kitti and myself spent the weekend in a cosy travel lodge although I have a slight suspicion its not always going to be that cosy and warm when its in a van...... That weekend Paul ran in the 3 Dog D Class but only managed to run both FiFi and Pixie. Due to some 'unforseen' circumstances he was 1 dog down.....but the girls ran their little paws off and Paul was placed 7th overall which wasnt too bad considering.....Pictures were all taken by Kitti..... Handling the pups turned out to be great fun with Kitti showing me the ropes and I ended up a Mucky Pup myself, although muck in my eye was a bit cruel methinks Kitti, but at least it made you's laugh!! Paul also decided I needed a firemans lift and threatened with being dunked in the mud....for reasons best known to himself. Over the weekend I got to meet loads of crazy pups and really nice people....and of course get muddy! Yey! And they're off......... Sharon, Pixie, FiFi and James Getting the pups ready to race...
